Submit a Support Ticket

If you are experiencing any issues using Bubbl, you can raise a support ticket through the ticketing system from the dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the top header menu and click the support icon

  1. Click the Submit a ticket button. You will be navigated to the ticketing system screen

Complete the ticket submission form by giving the ticket a subject title. Next, select the issue type using the dropdown in the issue field. In detail describe the problem. The more information you provide, the quicker we can address the issue. Once you're done, click the submit ticket button to send a support ticket. Once Bubbl receives your ticket, you will be messaged with any updates and information concerning the issue you raised.

  1. Provide a name for your ticket
  2. Select the type of issue you are facing
  3. Provide full details about the issue
  4. Submit your ticket

  1. Your ticket has been created and sent to Bubbl
